Erica saved us in so many ways during our recent home sale and purchase. My family had been planning to renovate our home for years. We had been approved for the loan, and our permit application was approved. We were SO close! But the cost estimate from the builder suddenly ballooned, and we had to rethink our plan. Erica found cash buyers for our home, and arranged the closings for the sale and purchase to complete within three days of each other. It was so amazingly simple! Things got complicated again when the builder of our new home couldn’t close because of a permitting issue, Erica negotiated a deal with the new owners of our old home; we were able to rent our house back until the close. What a relief, not to have to move twice! The weeks that followed were stressful and dramatic as we waited for the builder to complete the work on the new house and get the necessary inspections. Erica stayed in contact with the seller, and kept us informed every step of the way.
Her resolve, and her calm competence helped us weather the 6 weeks of that wait- I cannot imagine how we would have managed without her. Erica is an outstanding broker, and I am so grateful to have had her help.

I have had the pleasure of working with Erica Lightley for the past five years.
