I have had the pleasure of working with Erica Lightley for the past five years. We met at Williams Marketing when she was a marketing manager, and then worked closely together as community sales managers at a condominium project on Capitol Hill called Maxwell. We oversaw the sell out of a 53 unit building in just over six months. During that time Erica exhibited tenacity, determination and great follow through.

After that project Erica went on the manage the sell out of several other properties in downtown Seattle. She met great success and developed a great reputation in the real estate community.
